Join us to observe the impacts and potential of a selective timber harvest recently carried out on a section of our property. Come walk with us through the cut and see what has popped up and what might be in store for this area. We will be joined by forestry professionals who will help point out benefits, challenges and general themes pertinent to care of our eastern woodlands.
The morning will start with coffee and tea at the OEC lodge. From there we take a hike with stops along the way for discussions around the timbering project and related forestry topics.
Lunch will be provided.
